Join us for a discussion with painter Sophie Pearson, whose solo exhibition, Beneath the Memory, is currently on view at ArtsWorcester. Pearson will sit down for a conversation about her series with Matthew Cherry, Associate Professor and Fine Arts Department Chair at Lesley University. Learn more about Pearson’s series of oil and pastel paintings, how she draws from her own childhood experiences to create her work, and what’s next for her artistic practice.

Celebrate the artists of the One! For this annual artist favorite, all ArtsWorcester artist members are invited to bring us the single piece they most want to show in the galleries, regardless of medium or theme. $500 in prizes will be awarded by Claudio Eshun and announced at the reception.
